You know the routine. You review the US News and Reports on top colleges. You check the SAT and ACT scores of a school. You do your research by visiting the school’s website. You visit the school and take the obligatory tour. You apply and get accepted. One year into your investment you realize, “this school sucks!”

There is a new community coming online that allows you to check out the school from the student body’s perspective. I am not sure if anything out there is similar to this but I would have loved to this when I was attending school. It is still in beta so content is at a minimum but it is definitely something to keep track of.

Who is Toni? He is the man behind Wordpress.com which runs my all time favorite blogging engine Manny introduced me many years ago. I never stood firm behind any technology as time moves on and things that made sense in the past no longer do. Wordpress belief that everyone has a voice and created a vehicle that has so far withstood this test.

At 6:07 GMT today, everyone in the world were to have an orgasm to release an epic force of positive energy to help wash away the oppressive movement that is causing a stagnation for the betterment of humankind across this globe. Yes we are to push each other over the edge in complete ecstasy as we cleanse our spirit wounded by the daily war we wage entrenched in spaces our impoverished souls try to claw free from. Our hearts are to beat as one, a unified force empowering the lost creative nature that drives our music, our art, our cultures. Yes we are to physically connect and bond in ways only nature has intended, yes we are to love and be loved.

Make love and not war, yes very hippie-ish but hey any way for us to exert positive  energy, I am all for it!  We will be keeping our eye out for the second opportunity.

So the other day I was talking to my interns about linux and Stephen told me about Ubuntu CE. Yes there is a Ubuntu for Christians. Now I am not about to bash one’s faith but the url about sent me to the floor with uncontrollable laughter. What would Jesus Download…it brings up memories of the South Park movie’s song, what would Brian Boitano do. Another quick search gave me the Ubuntu Christian Edition Facts. My personal favorite is:

Now here is a great website. Posted on the dashdoard in WP, Take My Tech gives away old tech by randomly selecting a commenter once comments for a post reach 100. If you like something, just comment and wait. Hopefully you will be selected. Not a bad idea.
